- 1 cup Corns (Makka)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice (Nimbu Ras)
- Salt to taste
- 2 Cups Water
Take a skillet pan, add 2 cups of water & let it boil. Add 1 cup of corns and once the corn gets boiled soft, take out corns from the water and keep it aside.
Take another skillet pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt and get hot.
Add boiled corn to butter, sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Take out the sautéed corn in a bowl. Add 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon of chat masala, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well.
Tasty, tangy Corn Chaat is ready to serve hot, enjoy with friends & loved ones.
